IN what I do with Tarot, Soul Energy Clearing, Reiki, Chakra realignment, Universal balance, Universal Link and Aromatherapy/Hot Stone massage… is to have the client take total responsibiltiy in their own journey, to be empowered on their pathworking and then I heard Jenny Devine (yes she is my Sis-in-law) NZ Integration Life Coach talk on TVHB (local TV station..) and Jenny discussed the Shadow Effect by Debbie Ford……. so I had to take a look, what Jenny was saying really hit a note… it hit the core of my heart…… and knowing what I had within me had to be acknowledged,accepted and then worked through………I watched the trailer, answered the questions in the starter kit and read through the articles, posts on here, listened to the free affirmations, prayers and looked at the worksheets…. I will listen to the meditations later at home when It is quiet(once children are asleep)……and know this is a process I must work through for myself if I am ever able to help others on their personal journey…..
The Shadow Effect- I recommend for anyone wanting to live whole within their life…… How can we live whole if we deny half of who we are? How can we be LightWorkers on any level if we do not do The Shadow Effect on some level? This is such an important process to have in our own lives…. all I can truly say from the core of my Heart… Thank You Debbie for putting this information out here in so many ways, Thank you for Jenny for following her heart and travelling the personal Journey she has and sharing with TVHB her knowledge and Thank you to her very loving and supportive partner (my Brother) for emailing me the info to watch and rewatch and rewatch……and for bringing me to this site to read reread reread reread and learn so much about the process, about The Shadow Effect…….This is now the Beginning of a new stage within my Cycle of life…….
