needy and frivilous

One of my shadows is that I feel needy so I try to prove I’m not. The question I have most is I have $$ problems. Not that I have no money..I have no healthy regard for money. I misuse it. What kind of shadow would that be?I live check to check and charge way too much and have too much overhead.

Can I use this site to grow? I purchased the film and watched it last night. Well done….I find myself driven by all of this yet not knowing exactly how to move forward.

You are in exactly the right place! There are many resources on this site as well as at DebbieFord.com to assist you with your journey. There is a link to a free starter kit on the home page. There are books; there are Shadow Interactive Workshops (popping up soon all over the country!); there is private shadow coaching (VERY powerful stuff); there is the Shadow Process Workshop (in Florida in October) … and there is a huge community of people just like you who are drawn to this kind of work and who, like you, are in the process of transforming their lives.
Keep exploring, and listen to your own inner wisdom … deep in your heart, you already know “exactly how to move forward.” Take a deep breath and take the next step (you’ve already taken several up to this point … that is obvious) … just keep moving. The farther you go, the clearer the path will become.

Ok, so I watched the film, and say my shadow is greedy. Now that I know that, what do I do to embrace said shadow self. Like they just keep saying embrace , well what exactly does that mean? How do I do that? Forgiveness? How

When you first discover a shadow, often the first response is, “I’m not THAT!” For example, the workaholic’s shadow may be lazy. Not only does the workaholic not recognize “lazy,” neither do the people who know him or her. “If there’s one thing she’s NOT, it’s lazy.” Often, too, the shadow is something a person can’t stand the thought of being.
And so once you’ve landed on a shadow, the first step is to really allow yourself to see it, to open up to the possibility, and to ask, “WHERE am I that?” The workaholic may find that he is “lazy” about his relationship with his children or that he is lazy about keeping his body in optimum health.
Journaling the answers to that question can be very helpful.
There are good exercises in Debbie’s books. I particularly liked “The Dark Side of the Light Chasers” for doing shadow work.
There will also be Guided Interactive Shadow Effect Workshops available around the country very soon. Keep watching the web site … most of the guided interactives will be done over 4 weeks, two hours each week. They will provide an EXCELLENT opportunity to go deeper into your shadows!
      Keep up the good work.

Affirmation, prayers, meditations and worksheets…… they are certainly a start…….

also have alook at some of Debbie’s posts, there are some things to try that may help…..

keep a journal…. … write down what you want to change, and how you may change… what do you need to do in small steps to reach your goal…..

if you feel you need more…… and wish to there are further steps you can take with reading Her books, interactive dvd and cd’s……..

then further still a workshop or a Life coach…..(when you are ready you will find a way to achieve what you need to ……)

To embrace, as well as finding forgiveness, you identify the good that this quality brings with it. How has this quality that you haven’t like previously actually helped you in your life? Maybe it helped you work hard so that you do *have* money (as you mentioned)? And then accept that it is a part of you, notice when you’re being that in the future and you’re free to make a different choice.

Check out Debbie’s books to walk through the process more in depth, or find a workshop or coach to work with you.

    All the best!

According to my analysis, thousands of persons all over the world get the business loans from various banks. Hence, there’s a good chance to receive a secured loan in all countries.
